Mark Shields was a columnist and a political commentator who shared his acumen in American politics and intelligence on “PBS NewsHour” for many years. At the time of passing, he was 85 years old. Shields took his last breath at his Chevy Chase home which is in Maryland. The passing news of Shield is officially confirmed by Nick Massella spokesman of “PBS NewsHour” who also mentioned the reason for his sudden departure. Massella stated that he lost his life after suffering from kidney failure. His sudden death news shattered his family loved ones and readers who love to read his column. The shield was so much dedicative to his work and due to this, he w a regular on the show beginning in the year 1987 it is the same year the show had started in December 2020 he stepped down from his show which was telecasted on Friday night. She stated that she was feeling sad after sharing her death news of Shields. She further added that at the time of passing Anne the wife of Shields was with her. Many other prominent figures paid their tributes and penned their condolences to him. They also thanks to him for his great contribution. The managing editor, Niece Carolyn Ryan who worked at The New York Times also wrote the tweet, “Extremely feeling bad to inform you that my uncle, Mark Shields handed away this morning. He was so special person: full of wisdom, love, and heart. Love of sports, politics and so several individuals.” He will always be remembered and we are also extending our condolences.
